Shipping Policy

Here is how shipping works at Nordic Sheep, with the actual numbers so you know what to expect.

Where your order ships from

Every order ships from within the USA. That keeps delivery quick, and there is no customs to deal with on your end.

Delivery time

Once your order is on its way, delivery usually takes 1-2 business days. Sheepskins are large, so we pack them properly before they leave us.

Shipping cost

Orders over $150 ship free. If your order is under $150, the shipping cost is worked out and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking your order

Every order is tracked. You'll get an order-confirmation email as soon as you buy. Then, the moment your parcel ships, a separate tracking email goes out with the link to follow your package to the door.

If something goes wrong

Most orders arrive on time and in good shape. Now and then a parcel gets delayed, goes missing, or turns up damaged in transit. If that happens, email us at hello@nordicsheep.com with your order number. If the skin arrived damaged, add a photo so we can see it. We'll get it sorted.
