Returns & Refunds

Changed your mind, or something not right? You can return most items within 30 days.

Our 30-day return policy

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to ask for a return. To be eligible, the item needs to be unused and in its original condition, with any original packaging. Because our sheepskins are natural products, small differences in shape, shade and fleece are normal and don't count as faults.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at hello@nordicsheep.com with your order number and a quick note on why you're sending it back.
  2. We'll reply with return instructions and the address to use. Please wait for these before shipping anything, since returns sent without contacting us first can get delayed.
  3. Pack the sheepskin securely and send it to the address we give you.

Who pays for return shipping

For a change-of-mind return, you cover the cost of sending the item back. If something is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping and sort out a replacement or refund. More on that below.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and we've checked it over, we'll email to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The original outbound shipping cost isn't refunded on change-of-mind returns.

Faulty or damaged items

If your sheepskin turns up damaged or faulty, or you got the wrong item, email hello@nordicsheep.com as soon as you can, ideally within a few days of delivery. Send your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, return shipping included, at no cost to you.

A different color or size

We don't run a formal exchange service. The quickest way to switch is to return the item you have and place a new order for the one you want. If you're not sure which to pick, message us first and we'll help.
