30-day returns

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items should be unused and in their original condition.

How to start a return

  1. Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack the sheepskin securely and ship it back. [State who covers return shipping.]

Refunds

Exchanges

Want a different color or size? Start a return and place a new order, or message us and we will help arrange an exchange.

Damaged or faulty items

If your sheepskin arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within [X days] with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
